ORCID Policy

Prime Peer journals mandate the use of ORCID iDs for all submitting authors at the time of article submission. This requirement ensures transparency, accurate attribution, and ease of tracking scholarly contributions.

While co-authors and reviewers are not required to have ORCID iDs, they are strongly encouraged to link their profiles on our submission system to ORCID to further enhance the visibility and credibility of their research work.

At Prime Peer, we believe that widespread adoption of ORCID iDs supports integrity in scholarly publishing, reduces author name ambiguity, and facilitates streamlined integration with various indexing and funding platforms.

Plagiarism and Ethical Compliance

As part of our commitment to ethical publishing practices, all submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous plagiarism screening process. This includes automated plagiarism detection using licensed software combined with manual verification by editorial staff.

Any manuscript found to contain significant unoriginal content, improper citations, or duplicated material without attribution will be rejected outright or returned for correction based on the severity of the issue.

Authors are expected to ensure that their work is entirely original and properly references all sources and contributions. Duplicate publication, self-plagiarism, and data fabrication are strictly prohibited and may lead to retraction, author sanctions, and notification to affiliated institutions.

Through these policies, Prime Peer upholds the highest standards of academic integrity, fostering a trustworthy and transparent publishing environment for the global research community.
